Garth Evans, prominent Vancouver lawyer and member of Burnaby Deer Lake Rotary Club was honored at a recent meeting with a Paul Harris Fellowship.
Garth is well known as a past City Counselor, and sits on the boards of many charitable institutions in the area. His community service is worthy of this recognition. He is also known as a frequent writer of letters to the editor where his publishing rate is good. He always gives a balanced view of issues that are reasonable and beneficial to the community.
